- Balanced isotonic salts to align with normal physiological conditions

Cryogenic Microfiltration: Cold Precision Cleaning
Beyond the protective solution itself, our process incorporates a cold-state purification method known as Cryogenic Microfiltration. Unlike standard filtration systems, this method:
- Operates continuously at 0–4°C to slow natural degradation
- Uses depth filtration to help remove larger aggregates without stressing the peptide structure
- Maintains continuous monitoring of pH and solution balance during processing
- Utilizes oxygen-reduced environments to help limit oxidative exposure
- Finishes with sterile fine filtration before vial filling
An optional freeze-drying (lyophilization) step may be used for extended dry-form stability, allowing reconstitution prior to use.
