ORDER PROCESSING


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES


We offer standard shipping options through reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.


SHIPPING RATES


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated when available.


ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after your order ships.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


Lavi MD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist you in providing necessary information for the claim process.


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS


We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
