Shipping Policy
At Lavi MD, every order contains temperature sensitive products that require careful handling from the moment they leave our facility. Our shipping policy is built around protecting product integrity so that what arrives at your door is exactly what we intended you to receive.
Shipping Schedule
To preserve potency and stability, Lavi MD ships orders on Monday and Tuesday only.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on Monday or Tuesday will be processed and shipped that same week. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be held and fulfilled the following Monday or Tuesday.
This schedule exists because our products are cold packed and shipped via two day air. Sending a package on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday risks the shipment sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend, where temperature control cannot be guaranteed. By limiting our outbound shipping to early in the week, we ensure your order is in transit and delivered before any weekend delays can compromise it.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via two day air with cold pack insulation. Each package is prepared with insulated liners and gel ice packs sized for the contents and the destination, with extra protection added during summer months and for longer transit zones.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies to orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship at no additional cost.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed, packed, and prepared for carrier pickup on shipping days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is generated, and tracking updates will continue through delivery.
Cold Chain and Product Integrity
We take every reasonable step to maintain the cold chain in transit, but we know that shipping delays and warm weather can occasionally affect arrival condition.
If your order arrives with melted ice packs or feels warmer than expected, please reach out to us right away. Warm exposure does not make our products unsafe, but potency may be reduced. We will arrange a replacement shipment, sent the following Monday with upgraded cold pack packaging, at no charge to you.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact the carrier directly to open a claim. If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier, our team is happy to help.
For incorrect addresses, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once a label is generated and the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
